All services provided by NextAI are digital in nature and delivered instantly upon successful payment. Due to the immediate access granted to premium content, we have a strict refund policy to ensure fairness while protecting the value of our digital products.
1. No Refunds on Digital Subscriptions
- Once payment is successfully processed and access to premium content (courses, articles, video tutorials, newsletters, etc.) is granted, no refunds will be issued.
- This applies to monthly subscriptions, any future annual plans, or one-time purchases.
- Access is provided instantly, and content can be consumed immediately, making reversals impractical.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your Professional (or premium) subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle—you will retain full access until the paid period ends.
- No partial refunds or prorated amounts will be provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
3. Exceptions (Limited Cases)
We may consider refunds or account credits only in the following rare circumstances, at our sole discretion:
